Christian teaches on the International Foundation in Art, Design and Media (IFADM) course.

He has worked as a technician in fine art sculpture at the Winchester school of Art since 2001, after graduating from there with an MA in Sculpture. He has worked as an exhibition technician, helping to set up shows internationally in Beijing, Venice and Okazaki, Japan.

Christian co-founded the Yard studios in 2008, a communal artist’s studio in Winchester. He has exhibited in and co-curated numerous group shows, including 10 Days at the Laundry, an Arts festival at the Old Hyde Laundry in Winchester, 2009.

His creative background is in making cast plastics and welded steel sculpture, but more recently has enjoyed working digitally in 3D in the fields of sculpture and design, and has worked to develop teaching resources in these fields to enable access to the new technologies available to today’s students.
