In this masterclass you’ll learn the essential theatrical/drama skills required of the modern performer!
You’ll be able to explore the essential acting techniques/skills needed to both excite and fully engage an audience. You’ll take part in a wide range of activities using skills with your voice and body imaginatively, to create a believable 'character' for the stage!
In addition, you will explore all the fun and imaginative possibilities of improvisation, when on stage with other performers - you'll never be lost for words ever again!
Finally, you will also learn how to devise an exciting and creative piece of theatre/drama from a stimulus, incorporating all the acting skills you have learned within the workshop!
Last year we ran a Priniting and a Textiles materclass.
In the Printing masterclass we explored different traditional printmaking techniques, creating lino cut prints and monoprints. Everyone designed their own canvas tote bag to take home.
In the Textiles masterclass we used screen printing techniques, sublimation paper, and heat transfer inks to design and make scarves.
