Having successfully transitioned from the financial services sector at senior management level to the Higher Education Industry (HEI), I have since honed the art of creating learning content rooted in experiential learning models. This approach enables real-time coaching, feedback, and the application of knowledge to tackle real-world challenges while fostering reflective practice habits.
As a seasoned professional educator, I bring a wealth of experience from higher education, faculty management, and program leadership. I've held pivotal roles such as Associate Dean for Assessment & Quality Assurance at GBS – Leeds Trinity University partnership, MBA Course Director at QAHE – Ulster University, London Campus, and Qualification Lead for MSc programs at the Open University. My commitment to academic excellence, curriculum innovation, and strict adherence to regulatory standards has been consistently demonstrated throughout my career.
Recently, I completed a Doctorate in Business Administration at Teesside University, reflecting my passion for shaping a lifelong learning society. I am an active member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in London and the Institute of Directors, my membership to these institutes have further enhanced my commitment to professional development and excellence.
