Funded by UKRI Creative Research Capability (CResCa) funding program , the ScanLAB is based at the UCA Canterbury campus within the School of Architecture.

Through seamless integration of technology and design, The ScanLAB Lab allows our students to explore the possibilities that our cutting edge 3d scanning kit and software provide. From visualisations of architectural interventions in real world environments to reverse engineering and digital fabrication workflows, our metrology grade scanners are increasingly becoming part of the student tool kit.
