Diana Harrison was educated at the University of London, Goldsmiths College followed by MA Textiles Royal College of Art. Her early teaching experience was in foundation Studies at Mid Warwickshire College of Further Education, and as a visiting lecturer to various colleges.
At UCA Diana's teaching posts have mostly been fractional appointments allowing her to spend time undertaking her studio practice in textiles, leading to major exhibitions in the UK and internationally. These have led to invitations to deliver workshops, lectures, curating and as jury member to textile exhibitions both here and abroad.
