This week, the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) celebrates the opening of its annual Grad Shows.

10 Jun 2024

UCA campuses in Surrey and Kent are transformed into huge exhibition spaces and this year, for the first time, partner institution, the Institute for Creativity and Innovation (ICI) at Xiamen University, China, is joining UCA with its Grad Show debut.

In-person, or online, the very best of new and innovative creativity will be on show and with students leaning on all kinds of influences to create computer games and animated shorts to fine art sculptures, fashion collections, and zines.

So, whether it’s inspired by childhood memories, mental health conditions and neurodivergence, the natural world, sustainability, LGBTQ+ stories or reflections on culture and heritage, there is something to make you stop, think, and appreciate.

You’ll find hundreds of showcases online from today (10 June) on our Online Grad Show portal, and in person at UCA Canterbury (15 June to 25 June), UCA Epsom (14 June to 25 June) and UCA Farnham (13 June to 25 June).
