Facility & resource hire

UCA Facilities and Resource Hire is a hub for creative production, making and innovation across the University for the Creative Arts.

We offer access to an extensive range of specialist spaces and resources across our campuses in Farnham, Canterbury and Epsom, alongside professional media environments at Maidstone Studios.

Designed in collaboration with industry and informed by real-world creative practice, our spaces are set up for professional use across screen production, immersive technologies, design, fabrication and post-production. From early-stage development and prototyping through to production and delivery, our facilities enable individuals and organisations to realise ambitious creative work.

Supported by over £2 million of investment from the Office for Students, alongside additional funding from Research England, our facilities are continually developed to maintain industry-standard specification and respond to evolving creative technologies.

UCA offers an environment where creative practitioners, businesses and researchers can explore, experiment and produce using advanced tools and infrastructure, supported by experienced technical teams. We welcome commercial projects, research and innovation collaborations, and training bookings.
