Accommodation available at all campuses

UCA has on-campus accommodation available for Clearing applicants in Canterbury, Epsom and Farnham.

This includes en-suite rooms on our Canterbury and Epsom campuses. In Farnham, we have on-campus rooms with shared facilities as well as en-suite rooms in the nearby town of Aldershot.

How to apply for UCA accommodation during Clearing

You'll be able to apply for UCA accommodation once you've applied to UCA through Clearing and have been made an offer.

Your offer email will explain the full process for applying for accommodation. After you've accepted your offer to study through UCAS you will receive emails from UCA containing:

  • Your username and password to access our student portal (usually available from the following day)
  • Information about applying for university accommodation (your access to apply online is usually activated within 48 hours)

Once you have registered on the UCA Accommodation Portal you'll be able to select the campus and type of room you'd like to live in.

You'll should receive an email from UCA by early September with information about your accommodation offer and room allocation.

Please note: if you do not accept your offer of accommodation within five days it may be withdrawn and re-allocated to another student.
