Our film degree

Join a film degree where graduates have worked on Bridgerton, Rogue One, Mission Impossible, and 28 Years Later.

Every module is practical, with a first year where yo'll experiment with roles such as directing, shooting, editing, sound and producing. You'll then deepen your craft through dedicated fiction and documentary modules in your second year. In your third year you'll create a graduate film; a major collaborative production where you lead a department.

Each year, we’re privileged to be able to share our graduates’ incredible work with the world. And now’s your chance to take a look.

Film facilities & equipment

Our Film facilities include two purpose-built film studios with dedicated technical support; sound editing, 7.1.2 surround sound mixing as well as digital and analogue editing suites.

Software includes Avid Media Composer, Symphony, Baselight, Nitris and Pro Tools.

Our production kit also includes high end cameras, lighting and sound kit, which is available on campus from the Equipment Hire Department on site.

Our full Virtual Production and Mixed Reality Studio is powered by White Light SmartStage technology.

We've collaborated with industry-leading partners to provide our Studio with the latest and future-first equipment, reflecting our shared commitment to innovation and advancing XR technology.
