EUNIC is the European network of cultural institutes and organisations from EU Member States, representing the cultural and creative sectors of their countries in the UK and globally. Its members include leading organisations such as the Goethe-Institut, Institut Français, Instituto Cervantes, British Council, and the Polish Cultural Institute.

Professor Anastasios Maragiannis, Pro Vice-Chancellor Creative Education, said: “Partnerships between universities and cultural institutes are vital in shaping the future of creative careers and education. By working together, we can amplify impact, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and ensure our students and communities are connected to global opportunities.”

Prof Mark Ellul, Acting Vice-Chancellor, added: “We are deeply grateful to the cultural ambassadors who visited our campus. Their perspectives and commitment opens up exciting possibilities for future collaboration, and we look forward to building on our discussions in the months ahead.”

This visit marks the beginning of a new partnership between UCA and EUNIC, with the potential to connect students, researchers, and cultural partners with European and global agendas.
