Kerryn is a Producer, Line Producer and Lecturer in Producing with a focus on independent feature and short films. Having produced over 40 films across the UK and Canada, she brings expertise in producing, line production and production management.
Bio
Kerryn holds a BSc in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MA in Film Studies from UCL. Since 2009, she has built a career as a freelancer, contributing to award-winning films and TV productions in both London and Vancouver. Kerryn’s career began as a Production Assistant on high-profile series like Supernatural, Human Target, and Life Unexpected. She later spent over six years as the in-house Line Producer at ArtsEd, where she produced showreels and award-winning short films, refining her expertise in both creative and logistical aspects of production.
Having completed her PGCert in Creative Education (FHEA) Kerryn joined UCA as a Lecturer in Producing working with UCA students to develop their skills in producing for film. Encouraging students to think creatively within the constraints of production. Kerryn's experience allows her to bring real-world insights into the classroom, providing students with an understanding of the creative and logistical aspects of filmmaking.
Kerryn continues to work as a freelance Producer, Line Producer and consultant, collaborating on independent films.
