Claire Yurika Davis, a BA (Hons) Fashion alumna from the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) Epsom, competed on the latest Netflix show Next in Fashion, which is available to watch now on the streaming service.

Claire, who graduated in 2012, graced our television screens alongside eighteen other innovative designers, facing challenges that centre around trends or design styles that have influenced the way we dress. All for the chance to become the next big name in fashion.

The show was hosted by global style icon Alexa Chung and TV personality Tan France (Queer Eye) and included a line-up of guest judges such as Philip Lim, Christopher Kane, Tommy Hilfiger, Eva Chen and Beth Ditto.

Claire’s own brand which she founded in 2013 is called Hanger. It is based around sustainability, zero waste and a focus on timeless fashion, with many of the designs featuring her signature material, latex.
