UCASU’s biggest party
is here

The UCA Student’s Union are doubling the celebrations and the fun this year by combining its Union Awards and Summer Ball – and tickets are now on sale!

27 Apr 2023

The event, which takes place on May 6 at UCA Farnham, is an opportunity to celebrate the year and the people who made it brilliant.

There’s free travel from Canterbury, Epsom and Rochester for students who need it, and there’s plenty of fun to be had with live music, games, silent disco, artist performances and DJ sets.

You can choose to go to either the Union Awards, which runs from 5pm to 8.30pm, or the Summer Ball, which runs from 9pm to 2am – or go to both!

Tickets can be purchased here

Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll be able to collect your designated wristband on May 2 to May 4 – from the following: The Workshop at Canterbury and Farnham between 10am and 3.30pm, and from The Workshop at Epsom between 10am and 2.30pm. Rochester students can collect their wristbands on the day when you board your coach. (You must bring your student ID, age ID and proof of purchase. Please note this is a strictly 18+ event).

This year’s Union Awards recognise and honour the best volunteers, activities, projects and events from the past academic year, and after hundreds of nominations were received, UCASU has announced the shortlist:
