UCA is offering a ‘Welcome to UCA’ Package for all new international students who apply on or after the 1st August 2026 and enrol onto a postgraduate and undergraduate course starting in September 2026.

First four weeks for free in UCA accommodation

  • This incentive is available to new undergraduate and postgraduate students classified as overseas who enrol at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in September 2026 and apply on or after 1 August 2026. 
  • The discount will be automatically applied to all eligible students as a fixed £650 credit towards their accommodation balance. 
  • The discount is valid only for accommodation managed directly by UCA. Eligible properties are: 
    • Canterbury: Ian Dury House (excluding Riverside Student Quarter) 
    • Epsom: Wilberforce Court and Worple Road (excluding Bradford House and Crossways House) 
    • Farnham: University Walk and Student Village (excluding Polden Studios and Union Yard) 
  • UCA reserves the right to update the list of eligible properties in line with changes to its accommodation portfolio. 
  • The incentive is not available to students who: 
    • progress internally from one UCA course to another; 
    • defer their offer and commence their studies in a later year; or 
    • withdraw and subsequently reapply to the University. 
  • This discount applies only to the first year of occupancy and cannot be renewed or extended beyond this period. 
  • All accommodation offers are subject to availability. Participation in the incentive scheme does not guarantee an accommodation place. 
  • If eligible accommodation is fully booked, withdrawn or otherwise unavailable, no alternative discount, cash substitute or compensation will be offered. 
  • Students must fulfil all contractual obligations, including those relating to tuition and accommodation fee payments, to retain the discount. UCA reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the discount if payment terms are breached. 
  • If a student withdraws, defers or is withdrawn from their course, or cancels their accommodation partway through the academic year, the discount may be prorated or revoked in full at UCA’s discretion.

£250 travel bursary 

  • This incentive is available to new undergraduate and postgraduate students classified as overseas who enrol at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in September 2026 and apply on or after 1 August 2026. 
  • The bursary is a one-off payment of £250, paid directly into a named UK bank account. 
  • The designated Travel Bursary online form must be completed by 31 October 2026. 
  • Payments to eligible students will be made by weekly BACS payment, with all payments completed by early November. 
  • This incentive is not available to students who: 
    • progress internally from one UCA course to another; 
    • defer their offer and commence their studies in a later year; or 
    • withdraw and subsequently reapply to the University. 
  • Students must fulfil all contractual obligations, including those relating to tuition fee payments, to retain the bursary. UCA reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the bursary if payment terms are breached. 
  • No proof of purchase is required. The bursary may be used at the discretion of the named UK bank account holder.

£150 Amazon voucher 

  • This incentive is available to new undergraduate and postgraduate students classified as overseas who enrol at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in September 2026 and apply on or after 1 August 2026. 
  • The offer is a one-off digital Amazon voucher to the value of £150, emailed to the eligible student’s primary email address. 
  • Vouchers will be distributed to all eligible students from the 1 November 2026. 
  • This incentive is not available to students who: 
    • progress internally from one UCA course to another; 
    • defer their offer and commence their studies in a later year; or 
    • withdraw and subsequently reapply to the University. 
  • No proof of purchase is required. The voucher may be used at the discretion of the eligible student.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • The ‘Welcome to UCA’ package: 
    • applies only to new undergraduate and postgraduate overseas students starting in September 2026; 
    • The ‘4 Weeks for Free’ accommodation offer cannot be combined with any other accommodation-related discounts, waivers, or promotions; 
    • The ‘4 Weeks for Free’ accommodation offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash under any circumstances; 
    • does not apply to students who fail to meet the eligibility criteria at any point in the application or enrolment process. 
  • UCA reserves the right to: 
    • amend, suspend, or withdraw this incentive at any time, without prior notice; 
    • make changes to eligible accommodation sites or pricing as needed; 
    • withhold the incentive if a student is found to have provided false or misleading information during the application process. 
    • UCA accepts no liability for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) residence closures, policy changes, or force majeure events.
