During the session, Programme Director Nikolai Elkins will introduce the course, including how online teaching works, the weekly teaching pattern and workload, what participants study and how they are assessed, entry requirements, and how to apply for September 2026. We will also explain the different course pathways, including the Advance HE Fellowship pathway available to eligible UCA staff and colleagues at approved collaborative partners.

The session is suitable for academic and technical staff, teaching assistants, professional services colleagues with teaching or learning-support responsibilities, and practitioners working in further education, higher education, adult skills and other creative education settings.

There will be around 25–30 minutes introducing the programme, followed by plenty of time for questions.
