Victoria's research explores the potential of ecological literacy, the circular economy and critical design thinking, for creating positive change.

My research gives me insights into current issues in the design industry and I am able to pass on this currency to my students.

Critical Thinking is essential in all areas of Art & Design. It is particularly pressing on the 3D pathway where I teach so that students are prepared for the shifting landscape of the design industry they are entering; where rapid technological development and resource scarcity will affect how and what we design in the future. With Critical Design Thinking students have the skills to propose alternative possibilities for the ways we might live in the future.
