Tiana leads the BA Film Production and MA Filmmaking: Documentary and MA Filmmaking courses at UCA Farnham.

Tiana trained in producing and directing at the Northern Film School and was awarded a David Lean Scholarship to study for an MA in screenwriting at Royal Holloway, University of London, whilst continuing her career in the film, television and performance industries in producing, directing, scriptwriting and performance coaching roles.

Tiana’s career has spanned documentary, advertising and comedy and drama, and every size of project, from working on feature films for Miramax, 20th Century Fox and Disney, documentary and magazine programmes for Channel 4, Discovery and Nickelodeon, to a one-woman play. She received an Emmy citation for VFX production on 'The Life and Death of Peter Sellers.’

Tiana also holds an MA in Actor Training from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Tiana’s research interests include writing for the short film format and using the Feldenkrais method as an ensemble and narrative device.
