We’re celebrating another impressive rise in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, having leapt 12 places this year. This leaves us standing proud at number 11 in the table of Modern Universities, out of 70 institutions.
This is the third time in a row that UCA has climbed the league tables, just one of our many achievements in recent years. We’ve also been named the top creative arts university in the Complete University Guide, one of the top 20 places in the world to study fashion by the Business of Fashion, and our architecture school has entered the Guardian’s top ten.
Let’s reflect on how far we’ve come in just two years. We’ve risen a staggering 34 places in the Complete University Guide, currently standing at number 52. We’ve jumped 37 places in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide where we are now positioned at 62 out of 123 universities in the UK. We’re also happy to be bucking the trend when it comes to student satisfaction, with levels increasing to 81 per cent.
UCA’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Simon Ofield-Kerr, says we’re all “on a journey to be recognised as one of the most important specialist creative arts universities.”
