Holiday Clubs

Holiday Clubs

Applications for this year's Holiday Clubs are now open! Please see below to apply now.

UCA's free creative Holiday Clubs offer young people the chance to experience a range of creative disciplines and create their own portfolio of work.

These non-residential clubs are led by practicing artists and provide an opportunity to take part in creative workshops in a university setting, using specialist facilities. These clubs also include off-site trips to galleries, museums and arts events. At the end of each club, young people showcase their work in a collaborative exhibition.

These clubs are a great opportunity for young people to improve their confidence and create a portfolio of work which is theirs to keep. During the Holiday Club young people have the opportunity to achieve their Bronze Arts Award, a Level 1 qualification that’s perfect for progression into creative education and pathways.

Holiday Clubs are available at our Canterbury and Rochester campuses and are free to attend with materials, lunch and off-site trips included at no cost. Holiday Clubs are open to students in Years 9-13 living in Kent and Medway Collaborative Outreach Programme (KaMCOP) target wards

Please see the full entry criteria for our Holiday Clubs here.
