Arts Award Adviser Training

Staff at KaMCOP partner schools and colleges have the opportunity to train as an Arts Award Adviser for FREE as part of our collaborative outreach offer.

Advisers are crucial to Arts Award. They need to communicate with children and young people successfully and offer them effective support while they are working towards their Award.

This course is suitable for anyone who works with young people aged 11 to 25 and meets the requirements outlined in the Arts Award Adviser person specification.

Arts Award inspires young people to grow their arts and leadership talents. The training will enable attendees to deliver Bronze (Level 1) and Silver (Level 2) Arts Award qualifications to young people at your school.

We currently have one training date scheduled:

29 March 2018 at The Marsh Academy, 10am-4pm

Spaces are limited, so we would encourage staff to register their interest as soon as possible.

Please note, you do not need to be an arts teacher to be trained as an Adviser! In addition, if your school isn’t yet delivering Arts Award, this is a great first step.
