Password Problems

I cannot log into my ucreative email or UCA computer

There could be several reasons for this:

  • You made a mistake when typing in your password - passwords are case sensitive! - Try again.
  • There is an issue with your user account, e.g. your enrolment is not completed as you have recently changed courses. - See a Library IT Advisor.
  • You set the browser to remember your password, but changed your password in the meantime. - Type in your password manually.
  • Your password has expired - See a Library IT Advisor.

I have forgotten my password

 Please see the Library IT Advisor (a valid UCA student ID card MUST be presented if you require a new password).

Please call a Library IT Advisor.

Changing your password over the phone:

Passwords can also be changed over the phone but, for security reasons we will need to ask you questions to verify your identity. We are unable to change passwords via email.
