MyUCA 

Please contact your campus Library IT Advisor in the first instance, so they can check if the issue is caused by a problem with your ucreative user account.

Current students should use their ucreative email address when seeking assistance from any UCA department or services, as otherwise we cannot validate your request.

Applicant Portal (Registry Online)

When you first apply to UCA for a course, you will be given a temporary username and password to login into the Applicant Portal.
If you have any problems logging on or forgotten your password, please email regonline@ucreative.ac.uk

Please note, you will not be able to log into myUCA (the Student Portal for current students) until you have started your course.
