We know that Clearing can be a manic, stressful time for both students and staff as the results come in. We want to make sure we provide as much guidance as possible to help smooth the process for students and get them a place at university studying the course they want.

Students should call our hotline number 0800 068 0088 to speak to a Clearing adviser. Our line is open Monday-Friday, 9am to 5:15pm.
Students can also fill out our enquiry form on the website and request a callback from a member of our Admissions team.

Yes - as long as students meet the entry requirments and the spaces on the course they apply to are available, they can be made an offer over the phone. Once the verbal offer is made, we’ll follow up a few hours later with the official written offer via email, which they will need to accept as soon as they can.
Yes – we offer Clearing Visit Days to give students the opportunity to see the campus and check out our facilities. Find out more on our events page.
Unfortunately, due to our limited spaces in halls there won’t be any place left at Clearing. However, there are many options for shared student housing in the towns and cities our campuses are based in, and we’ll do our best to help students find their new home.
