Tuesday 28 May: How to be resilient

This workshop will look at how you feel about leaving UCA: the excitement and trepidation of moving onto the next phase of your life whatever that may bring. We will look at how to build resilience and self-confidence so as to be able to stay well, cope with change, uncertainty and have more personal resources to draw upon in time of challenge.
