Fine Art Summer School

Free Fine Art Summer School for Year 12 & 13 students
During this Summer School lead by creative industry educator Georgia de Buriatte, you will be following a series of art and design briefs to expand your creative practice!
We will explore topics such as Fine Art with printmaking; 3D work with functional sculpture; Moving Image with social media design and much more! You will experience what it is like to be at University, with a series of masterclass lectures and demonstrations to follow along with, and a variety of clients to choose briefs from.
These sessions are perfect for a variety of students considering (or who have already applied) to a creative degree, as it will expand your portfolio with a variety of different skills and techniques, along with brief and client work. Once you have finished the course you will have a fully fleshed out project with all sorts of interesting elements, designed and lead by you.
We will also have an interactive sharing element where, if you are comfortable with doing so, you will be able to share your work with other class members and your tutor for feedback and inspiration!
Sessions on Monday 26 July, Tuesday 27 July, Thursday 29 July and Friday 30 July running from:
10:00 - 12:00 (Morning sessions)
15:00 - 16:00 (Afternoon sessions)
