Tony is a qualified Electrician and studied at Brixton College London for his City and Guilds achieving a distinction in Electrical Installation, Regulations and Circuits.
Bio
Tony is also a qualified Audio Visual Technician and achieved an HNC in Audio Visual Technologies whilst working at the London Metropoliton University.
He began his career at UCA Maidstone (KIAD) in 2003 as the campus Audio Visual Technician and later became responsible for managing the Equipment Hire Department (EHD). Tony moved to the Rochester campus in 2012 to run the EHD.
Tony is responsible for the day to day running of the department as well as all equipment maintenance and repair. He offers advice and technical information on a variety of equipment in all disciplines of Photography, Video, Lighting and sound and also runs the EHD store supplying all types of film and a selection of digital format sundries.
