Problems with myUCA

Frequently Asked Questions

I can access UCA email but cannot access myUCA

Your web browser may remember your old password - especially if you told the browser to remember it. Therefore, always ensure you use your current password to access myUCA.

The system will lock you out if you fail to enter the correct username and password after 3 attempts, if this is the case try again after 15 minutes once the system has unlocked your account.

If logging into myUCA with your ucreative username and password does not work, you will need to contact your campus Library IT Advisor in the first instance, so they can check your ucreative account.
