As students are handing in their final pieces of work or waiting to hear back from tutors about their grades, activity on campus has by no means slowed down.
On each of the UCA campuses, the graduation show is the biggest event of the year – and the most important to all students in their final year of study.
This is the time when the campus transforms from a learning environment to a custom-made gallery and exhibition of all the graduating students’ best work.
The campus undergoes a complete transformation, with the help of students and staff – and especially the technical team – each studio is renovated specially to showcase all final projects from each course.
All aspects of the layouts are considered, from the background colours and added walls which are built, to the lighting.
The first of our campus shows is Farnham, public exhibition opening on the 8th June – only two weeks away. Next is Rochester on the 9th June, then the following week Epsom is on the 16th June and Canterbury is on the 17thJune.
Some departments on campus are already looking almost ready to go, while others are still works in progress.
