Less than two years ago TRIPTICH was founded by two veterans in the travel and hospitality industry whom are curating and managing a portfolio of corporate and leisure clients within the media and creative industries.

TRIPTICH is expanding after continued success and looking for their third employee as a Part Time Travel Coordinator.
Responsibilities of the Travel Coordinator
Researching new suppliers (hotels, event venues, ground transportation companies, etc.)
- Processing daily reports
- Following up on upcoming and past reservations
- Generating of new prospection leads
- Managing some of the social media channels
- Keeping up to date the CRM and reservation systems
- Working on monthly mailing newsletter to an audience of 2000+
